how I work
Decluttering, cleaning, and hoarding support. Seven ways in.
Every session includes my lived-experience perspective and 100% consensual support. The differences below are about scope, not about how much care goes in.
-
Free Initial Consultation
Time with me, on me. A free chat, in person or over the phone, to talk through what feels most urgent and how I work, so we can plan what comes next. No application form, no hoops.
Eligibility is a feel call. Anyone who looks like they'd genuinely benefit. Just message me.
-
Body Doubling Session
Two hours of co-working, virtual or in person. I sit alongside you while you tackle the one task you keep avoiding.
For when you know what to do but can't start. ADHD-friendly, gentle, conversational.
-
Reset Session
2 or 3 focused hours on a single area. Hands-on declutter and reset, with lived-experience perspective along the way.
For when one corner has become a wall. Emotional support is part of the work, not an upsell.
-
Room Rescue
A half-day, around four hours, on one space. How far we get depends on the room, and we never rush, but a focused block makes a real difference.
The block most people book. A calm afternoon on the space that's weighing on you.
-
Gentle Ongoing Support
Recurring 3-hour decluttering and hoarding support sessions, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Pause or cancel any time. No contract.
For when reset-and-relapse is the pattern. We build the new shape together, week by week.
-
Move / Transition Support
Help before or after a move, separation, bereavement, or major life transition. Same hourly rate; bigger moves often take a full day or more.
Trauma-informed work, physical and emotional. We agree what matters most and how much time to spend, and never run past it without talking first.
-
Elderly Deep Clean & Maintenance
Deep cleaning where a home has reached an unhealthy state through neglect linked to physical or mental disability, and regular maintenance to keep things manageable. I help with organisation so essentials are easy to reach, and improve living conditions step by step.
Not just a cleaner. Company and emotional support are part of the work, and tips and tricks for the home are shared as we go.
Whether you need a one-off clutter clearing session, ongoing hoarding support, or help with a room that depression has made feel impossible, there's a way in that fits. Pricing is on the pricing page. If any of it is a barrier, please get in touch. I hold a small number of discounted slots each month for people whose circumstances make full-rate sessions out of reach. There's no application form. Just message me.
And for the full picture of how sessions work, from how long things take to why it looks messier in the middle, see what to expect when we work together.
