Professional organiser in Ealing, for a calm and workable home.

Most professional organisers sort your cupboards. I do that, and I understand why the cupboards got that way, because I have been there. I am Kari, based in West Ealing, and I help people across Ealing and West London create calm, workable homes, at their own pace, with the patience that comes from lived experience.

Book your free initial consultation, or send me a message on WhatsApp.

You do not need to tidy first, and there is nothing you could show me that I have not seen or lived through myself.

Former NHS Lived Experience Professional. Fully insured to £1m and DBS checked. Trauma-informed. And the initial consultation is always free, so you can see how I work before you decide anything.

More than a tidy room

Organising a home is practical work. Sorting, decluttering, setting up systems that actually last, arranging donation or storage as you decide. I do all of that, and I do it well. The difference is that for a lot of people the clutter is tangled up with a harder period in their life, and a standard organiser is not set up for that. I am. I work calmly, with 100% consensual support, and entirely at your pace. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so.

So whether you want a wardrobe that finally makes sense, a spare room you can use again, or a whole home reset, you get the practical result and someone calm beside you while you get there.

You can work alongside me, or leave the hands-on work to me. You make the decisions; I do the sorting, clearing and organising.

Whatever your reason, you are welcome

Plenty of the people I work with are not in crisis at all. They are busy, or moving, or just want a calmer home and a hand to make it happen. You do not need a reason beyond that. And if there is more going on, if the house got on top of you during a hard stretch, that is welcome here too, without any embarrassment. You do not need to tidy first, and there is nothing you could show me that I have not seen or lived through myself.

How I work

We start with a free initial consultation. No commitment and no form. We look at the space together, agree what feels manageable and what is off-limits, and pick the smallest, most workable corner to make a start on side by side. You see exactly how I work, and you decide what feels right next.

After that, sessions are booked when you want them. Some people want one focused room sorted and done. Others build a gentle rhythm over a few sessions. We work out what fits you, not the other way round.

My background

Four years as an NHS Lived Experience Professional. Two as a Peer Trainer at a Recovery College. Trauma-informed training, Anna Freud Centre trained, a degree in translation, fluent in English and Spanish. Fully insured to one million pounds, and DBS checked.

For me, cleaning and decluttering is a tool, it is not the goal. It is my superpower to help people improve their wellbeing, their mental health, and their sense of their own worth. That is why I do this.

What it costs

We start with a free initial consultation, no commitment. Free initial consultation. Ongoing work is priced by the hour. I also hold a small number of discounted slots each month for people for whom the full rate is out of reach. No application form, just a conversation. The full, plain-English breakdown is on the pricing page.

Where I work

Based in West Ealing (W13). I cover the whole borough and the wider West London area:

• Wider catchment: Hounslow, Chiswick, Brentford, Isleworth, Feltham, Hammersmith, Fulham.

Travel within 40 minutes of W13 by public transport is included; further out I come by minicab and the fare is passed on at cost, quoted by postcode. If you are not sure whether I reach you, just ask.

FAQ

Do you only work with people who are struggling? Not at all. Plenty of the people I work with simply want a calm, organised home and a hand to get there. Busy lives, house moves, a room that got away from you. You are welcome whatever your reason. And if there is a harder story behind the clutter, that is welcome here too, with no judgement.

How are you different from a normal professional organiser? I bring the same practical organising skills, sorting, decluttering, and building systems that last, plus a genuine understanding of the emotional side of clutter, because I have lived it. That changes how the work feels. It is calm, consensual, and entirely at your pace, and nothing leaves your home without your say-so.

What happens at the free initial consultation? We look at the space together, with no pressure and no form to fill in. We agree what feels manageable and what is off-limits, then make a small start side by side so you can see exactly how I work. You decide what, if anything, happens next.

What areas do you cover? I am based in West Ealing (W13) and cover the whole borough: Ealing, Hanwell, Acton, Greenford, Northolt, Perivale, Southall. I also reach further out, including Hounslow, Chiswick, Brentford, Isleworth, Feltham, Hammersmith, and Fulham.

How much does it cost? Free initial consultation. Ongoing work is priced by the hour. I hold a few discounted slots each month for people for whom the full rate is out of reach. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

Do you do one-off jobs, or only ongoing support? Both. Some people want a single room sorted and finished. Others prefer a gentle rhythm of sessions. We agree what fits you at the free initial consultation, and you are never tied in.

Ready when you are.

You do not need to tidy first, and you do not need a reason beyond wanting a calmer home. Book a free initial consultation, or send me a message on WhatsApp to talk it through first.
