I’m Kari, a professional organiser based in West Ealing, and I offer ADHD-friendly decluttering and organising in London. If home keeps slipping out of control however hard you try, it isn’t a willpower problem. It’s executive function, and you can’t out-discipline that. I’m recently diagnosed with ADHD myself, so this isn’t theory to me.
We can work in person in your home, or over video, whichever feels easier today. Same support, same rate.
You don’t need to tidy first. There is genuinely nothing you could show me that I haven’t seen or lived through myself.
Free initial consultation. Fully insured, DBS checked, four years as a Lived Experience Professional in the NHS. Trauma-informed.
What ADHD-friendly means here
- Body doubling. I’m right there with you, working alongside you, so the task that felt impossible alone becomes something you can begin. You’re not being supervised or judged. More in what body doubling is and why it works.
- Small, real starts. One pile, one shelf, one doom pile. We don’t wait for a perfect day.
- Systems that survive a bad day. Simple, forgiving set-ups that still work when your attention has left the building, so the clutter has somewhere to go next time, with no shame when it comes back.
- Your decisions. 100% consensual support: your home, your pace, and nothing leaves without your say-so.
If you want the why behind it, there’s a plain explainer on ADHD and decluttering: why it’s harder for some brains.
Across London, in person or by video
I live and work in West Ealing, W13. If you’re in West London, my ADHD-friendly home support in West London page has the local detail.
- Video sessions work anywhere in London, and plenty of people start that way because it lowers the barrier.
- In person within 40 minutes of W13 by public transport, travel is included in my rates.
- Further across London, I come by minicab, door to door, and the fare is passed on at cost: one fixed amount for your postcode, agreed when you book, refunded in full if the session doesn’t go ahead.
Access to Work
If you work, or are returning to work, some of this support may be fundable through a government Access to Work grant. It’s worth checking the scheme’s own guidance for what qualifies. I can provide the invoices the scheme requires. Here’s a walkthrough: how Access to Work funds ADHD home support.
What it costs
The first conversation is free. Ongoing work is priced by the hour, and I keep a small number of discounted slots each month for people for whom the full rate is out of reach, no application form, just a conversation. The figures are on the pricing page.
Kari reads every message herself and replies to arrange a time to talk.
FAQ
Do you work with ADHD adults across London? Yes. By video anywhere in London, and in person across West London and further by minicab at a fixed, at-cost fare. Send me your postcode and I’ll tell you straight.
What is body doubling? Having someone work alongside you so you can actually start a task and keep going. For a lot of ADHD adults it’s the difference between a job happening and not happening.
Do I need a diagnosis? No. If home is hard to manage because of how your brain works, you’re welcome, diagnosis or not.
Could Access to Work pay for this? Possibly, if you work or are returning to work. I can provide the invoices the scheme requires; check the scheme’s own guidance for what qualifies.
Do I need to tidy up before you come? No, and please don’t. We start from wherever things are.
Ready when you are.
Starting is the hard part, and you won’t be doing it alone. Send me a message or message me on WhatsApp, and we’ll work out the easiest first step together, in person or over video.
